I aged the pink thickers with a brown ink pad as they were just too pink. Finally I added some strips of my other new purchase this week - kawaii craft tape and added a little more journalling on it.
This picture was taken on the way out of Sam's first visit to pre-school. He was SO happy and proud of himself. He insisted on taking a lunch bag with him even though he was only there for an hour. I've used 5 patterned papers so this one is going into the Sarahscards blog challenge in place of the last one as I like it way more :) (1. yellow checked 2. red circles 3. stripes 4. bunting 5. musical notes) I even got to use my new Jenni Bowlin sunshine stamp which I have been lusting after for ages :D

It started off as one of those LO's that I was thinking "this is pants" but after a few minutes faffing and a happy accident where I knocked it all sideways, I quite like it now :)
I then moved on to this one of James on his 7th birthday. I faffed and faffed. I find it much easier to plan LO's when I am all by myself (no offense Helen and the Eddie gang lol). I used another page from that super cute notepad and noted 7 things about James right now.

It's not the usual "me" but I quite like it. Whatcha reckon?

I started this one off then finished it last night/this morning. I found the "I'm Wild About You" stamp just as I finished the LO. I wish I'd found it before I started as this LO would have gone in a totally different direction! I may rip it up and start again...
